Atlas Modular Refining is a project development company, not a consultancy. We integrate European engineering, modular construction, and Export Credit Agency financing under a single execution platform. We take projects from conception through commercial operation, and we remain accountable.
What we deliver
Zero fuel oil. Full conversion only.
Our refineries are designed for zero fuel oil and full conversion only. Every barrel is upgraded to high-value products, ensuring structural profitability across market cycles. We eliminate the fragmentation that delays refineries and erodes returns.
European engineering
Process design and equipment packages executed to European standards, with licensor-backed technology selection.
Modular construction
Fabricated and pre-commissioned off site, shipped as skid modules, and assembled on location to a fixed schedule.
ECA financing arranged by us
Export Credit Agency structures assembled alongside the engineering scope, not after it.
