We work with sponsors who are ready to move a refinery from concept to execution. Initial discussions typically cover feedstock, target product slate, site and offtake.
Where a mandate proceeds, we set out the engineering scope and the Export Credit Agency financing route together, so the project has one structure and one point of accountability from the outset.
