Atlas Modular Refining is a project development company, not a consultancy. We take projects from conception through commercial operation, and we remain accountable.
Atlas Modular Refining is led by Hussain Habib, with Kumeil Yusuf managing client engagement and project execution.
Refinery projects rarely fail on technology. They fail on structure: an engineering package with no financing behind it, a financing structure with no bankable engineering, a construction programme negotiated after the fact. We assemble the pieces together, in the correct order, and carry them to completion.
We are in advanced discussions with sovereign and private parties across West Africa, the Middle East, and other regions for modular refinery projects. Our model is designed for execution and we are actively progressing these opportunities toward final agreements.
